Lalu Yadav is among the few infamous politicians like Jayalalitha, SIbu SOren, Mayawati and Mulayam SIngh Yadav.
In spite of corruption cases all of them influenced the investigation and still in active politics.
Out of them Mayawati and Lalu are two aspiring PM candidates..
Probably Many Biharis will be happy if Lalu becomes PM. But, that would probably be the most sad in Indian corrupt democracy.
