BS Yeddyurappa was caught in land scam. he was trying to drag Kumaraswamy and a few previous CMs to show that every one did it before me and my family returned the land. So let's forget this.
But, Hindi Movie Deewar has got an appropriate dialogue for this scenario
Doosron ke paap ginane se khud apne paap kam nahi ho jaate , doosron ke jurm sabit karne se yeh sacchai nahi badal sakti ki tum bhi ek mujrim ho.
Good for BJP; he has to resign and some one else would take over.
Good for democracy and it would set a precedent for all other corrupt CMs.
Still Dr. Manmohan Singh's CBI would act as Jesus - the only savior of corrupt CM like Mayawati,Mulayam and Lalu-Rabdi.
Thanks

Bangalore: Karnataka Governor HR Bharadwaj has sanctioned the prosecution of Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa following several allegations of his involvement in land scams.
Mr Yeddyurappa will now be prosecuted under Section 19 of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
Earlier this week, the Cabinet asked the Governor not to sanction the prosecution of the Chief Minister requested by a group of lawyers, who want to formally take up allegations of corruption against Mr Yeddyurappa. The Governor said the request by the cabinet was 'like a thief' requesting the police to not take action against him.
Following the sanction, the BJP has said the Governor is acting like the prosecutor
