BTN: ARTISTS IN SOLIDARITY WITH DR BINAYAK SEN: Cultural evening of protest on 15th Jan, Jantar Mantar

How would such Dharana help for his release, when the case is in court ? You need to hire a good lawyer.

If you will look for  people who oppose his release bypassing the legal route - I am one of them. He must hire the best lawyer and  explain us - why he was so sympathetic towards COP killers, who also hijack our train.

The issue here is I have 0 sympathy for Narayan Sanyal while Dr. Sen has got 100%. Dhrutarashtra  had exactly that amount of (100%) sympathy for his son Duryodhana and we all know what happened. We can take chances by releasing Dr. Sen with 100% sympathy for Sanyal, even though he is a proven Doctor and has got great public service record. National Security and safety of people and COPs are important for us than his public service in 36garh.

MDMK Chief  Vaiko was jailed under POTA for the same reason.

Why are you soliciting public opinion for a case, which need to be fought in courts ? If lower court has done injustice, he will be acquitted in Supreme Court, if he is really innocent. Have patience and trust the system.

Samrat Yudhistar had to visit 'Narka'  for one simple lie. Dr. Sen was sympathetic towards traitors and that itself is an immoral act. He deserves some jail term as a deterrent in order to discourage other Demon Right Activists.
