Reporting to: HR Manager
Job summary: Overall HR management of over 120 branch staff in Bihar
Post-graduate (MBA/PGDM) – HR/Industrial Relations
2 – 6 years of experience in all the HR functions
Must be fully conversant with hiring process/ recruitment procedure and manpower allocation
Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi and English
Must be willing to travel at least 20 days in a month
Must be willing to work in the social sector
• Recruitment: sourcing of CVs, interviewing process, employee orientation
• Induction: joining formalities, basic employee documentation, facilitate bank account opening formalities, etc.
• Coordinating staff training with other departments
• Coordinating training for employees in the three states
• Ensure compliance – ESIC, EPF, tax
• Maintaining employee database, attendance systems and coordinating for leave of employees
• Liaising with Regional Office for employee loan and salary advances
• Visiting branches and reporting regularly
• Coordinating GPA, Mediclaims, two wheeler loan papers for staff
• Following up for employee appraisals
