All Engineering college Entrance Test result has been declared ,Now those students got bottom rank more than 30 to 40 thousands rank in AIEEE,the big question is in which college student of Bihar will take Admission .they are struggling with career related decision . Every year many seats expected to be vacant in Government college as well as private college ,

Thus it is necessary to make decision to take admission in Engineering college. But question will arise how you make your decision ,In this contest there is a small and interesting story which you are able to make the decision.

 Long-Long ago there was a dire famine all over the world. Seven Saints from all over the seven continent convened at a place and Started praying Lord Shiva, Being pleased on their adoration Lord Shiva appeared and offered them to ask only one blessing for. All of them requesting him to give a span of time to ponder upon. Lord Shiva allotted them a period of one hour. All of them indulges in deep thought ,after a long silence the first saint said :why should we not demand for food so as no one could starve,Interrupted him the seconds puts his opinion as to be possessed Power with them ,Since by dint of power we can produced food. The third said: there might be destruction if it was applied in wrong direction so we should ask for Wit  in order to have decisive power, the forth laid emphasis on peace as the root cause of any wise step. The fifth pleaded the importance of Love as breeder of peace. The sixth averted that all would be possible only by dedication and the last man reiterated that without reverence there would be no dedication and so let us request for reverence .In this way they could not evolve any consensus and spoiled their allotted time in this discussion. Lord Shiva disappeared and they could get nothing.

 Meaning there by In very few instances is one decision actually better then another. What this means is that in the majority of issues almost any choice can be converted into a constructive decision ,in others words for most issue very few option would make bad choice. Some choice are discarded not because they are bad ,but because no matter who we are. We simply cannot have it all. An option becomes a discards through the process of our withdrawing our investment ourselves, from it. Making decision is almost always more important than the substance of the decision itself. Decision are always imperfect so many dead locks are due to the wish to make a perfect decision and the same time exorbitant expectation are absolute death to decision making for Example :

whether you will take apple juice or orange juice . Every day are bombarded by a different type of choices all of which demand a decision .Some are quick, some are simple .Others are the big deal question like whether or not take a admission in which college, ask for promotion, take the initiative in a new relationship. And yet it is exactly this kind of choice that can more often lead us Smack into wall. Sometimes decision dead locks occur no matter what we do or how hard we try .I just go back and forth and cannot come to a decision is familiar refrain to all of us. Fortunately, It is usually possible to work –one’s way out of an puzzle. By the same token, an option becomes a decision through the process of our dedicating ourselves to it and investing ourselves in it, Our Loyalty and commitment ti the decision which is why most choices will be equally satisfactory as long as dedication exists.
