BTN: ACLU and PUCL - why these are bad institutions for National Security ?

Dear all:

Two days ago Pakistani PM, once a strong supporter of Taliban peace deal , made a statement as follows:

'They are enemies of the country,'  'terrorists who have no religion… and who don't accept anything'. 'They are following some foreign agenda (and) want to conquer this country.'

The above is equally applicable for Naxlites as they too don't accept anything - never ready for talks.

They don't believe in 'talks' and hence there is no place for them in democracy. All must be captured and put on jail.

All our  PUCL gentlemen, by supporting Dr. Binayak Sen expresses faith in Naxlite movement. It is interesting to note that these people are critical of non-banned organizations like RSS/VHP, which functions under the law.

Encouraged by US President Obama's liberal policy, ACLU, an American Civil rights group filed RTI applications in US courts to release the torture memos and photographs. After got fired from defence, CIA, former VP  and Republicans - President Obama has taken a U-turn..

Please read  http://news.yahoo.com/s/politico/20090513/pl_politico/22470

Even the most liberal President of United States reverses his stand and don't care about Civil Rights. Civil rights, that endanger our national security are not welcome and PUCL should change its way to work.

If JP's movement  was popular like fame of Raja Harischandra and Dr. Binayak Sen's nexus with anti-national naxlites is equivalent to that of   'barber Haria' . But he is not alone. Even Karunanidhi and Vaiko's support for Prabhakaran is equally condemnable.

The more they are shouting for release of Dr. Binayak Sen, their credibility is suffering . It is time for them to quitely fight this case of treason under IPC and come to public with some meat (what are the specific charges)  in the bone (innocent- release him) .

BTW, I am interested to know whether there is PUCL in Jammu & Kashmir and if there , what are their activisties over there..
