industry to implement product design, development and marketing
strategies for slave-free products. This process creates employment and

Local Assistant Trainer
Experience: 1-3 Years experience in teaching, counseling or social work
Location: Bihar
Education: Bachelors Degree preferred

Job Description:
1. Assistant to the Lead Trainer/Designer.
2. Assist in the development of course material.
3. Serve as the liaison between partner organization staff members and Nomi Network.
4. Prepare and assist in teaching course curriculum under direction Nomi Network Project Director.
5. Conduct home visits of program participants.
6. Monitor and track participant’s progress. Report any issues or concerns to Nomi Network Project Director.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Excellent knowledge working with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
2. Passion for working with marginalized women.
3. Excellent in building relationships with partners and participants.
4. Organized, self-starter, and ability to meet deadlines.
5. Excellent English reading, writing and verbal skills.
6. Knowledge of Hindi and other local Bihar dialogues is essential.
7. Must be willing to relocate to training site in northern Bihar.
Salary range is from RS 11400 to RS 22800 and is commensurate with
