4. Kusaha, Nepal (where Koshi changed its path caused Flood Disaster in Nepal and North Bihar).
5. Barrage in Koshi river at India-Nepal border. (outlets were blocked by silt thus koshi broke its bank at Kusaha, about 15-20 kms before from Barrage).
