Patna: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Thursday announced the results of Class 10 of Bihar region with 99.40 percent students making the list of successful candidates.
Once again, the girls, with a success rate of 99.55%, edged out the boys whose success rate stood at an impressive 99.33%.
A number of schools in Patna boasted of 100% success rate.
609 students who were declared 'Eligible for Improvement of Performance', an euphemism for fail, would have the option to reappear in the test to be held on July 15.
